Almost always used reflexively with an indirect object, se me antoja, to mean 'I feel like' or 'I'm craving' something (se me antoja un café, se le antojaron unos tacos). Extremely common and colloquial across the Spanish-speaking world, especially Mexico, for sudden cravings or whims.
Forgetting that the verb agrees with the thing craved, not the person — se me antoja un café (singular) but se me antojan unas galletas (plural), the same pattern as gustar.
Often confused with apetecer.
