To live well or comfortably — enjoy a good, easy life, materially and otherwise: se acostumbró a bienvivir sin trabajar demasiado. A fairly literary/formal compound of bien + vivir, less common than simply saying vivir bien in everyday speech.
In everyday conversation vivir bien (as two words) is far more natural than the single compound verb bienvivir, which reads as more literary or formal.
